A Festive Affair at Wheeldon Trees Cottages

As storms raged across the UK, it was very much a festive affair at Wheeldon Trees Cottages as we hosted our third annual Christmas Wreath Workshop.

Attendees from across the Peak District gathered to unleash their creativity and craft stunning festive wreaths.

The workshop, led by our talented gardener and friend of the cottages, Carol Harris, provided step-by-step guidance on how to create beautiful, bespoke wreaths.

Guests had the opportunity to choose from a variety of fresh foliage, including fragrant pine cones, holly and eucalyptus. They also had the chance to add personalised touches with ribbons, baubles and other decorative elements.

The cosy atmosphere of our games room barn provided the perfect backdrop for this festive activity. As the aroma of pine needles filled the air, participants shared laughter, tips, and holiday cheer. The workshop not only allowed attendees to create beautiful wreaths for their homes but also fostered a sense of community and holiday spirit.
